What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. When you upload audio or video files for transcription, we temporarily process them through our servers.

How we use your data

• Email: Used for account authentication only.
• Audio/video files: Sent to our transcription providers (Groq and AssemblyAI) to generate text. Your audio is stored securely so you can play it back, then automatically deleted after 10 days. We never use it to train AI models.
• Transcripts: Stored in your account so you can access them. Only you can see your transcripts.

Third-party services

• Supabase: Database, authentication, and file storage.
• Groq & AssemblyAI: Speech-to-text transcription.
• OpenRouter (Google Gemini): AI summaries, notes, task extraction, translation, and chat.
• Vercel: Website hosting.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your audio files for training AI models.
• We do not track you with third-party advertising cookies.

Data deletion

You can delete any transcript from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove all your data.
